Landscape Planning seeks to put the site in a wider context and to capture all of the constraints that exist, be they; CAP 738, Safeguarding of Aerodromes, Planning Policy, Urban Design Policy, Local Landscape Character, Statutory Controls, Arboricultural, Silvicultural or Ecological. The traditional approach of many clients and their agents is to treat the supply chain of the above as separate project elements, when in fact they are often integral to each other. Our business model is based on capturing these constraints in one statement and providing the client with a clear overview of how a project can be delivered. |
