Oisin Kelly regularly makes written representations to the Secretary of State and has assisted at planning inquiries and challenges at the High Court of Justice. Mr Kelly often acts as an Expert Witness and has been appointed Single Joint Expert (SJE) on subsidence related liability claims. Mr Kelly is an Associate Member of the Academy of Experts.

Craig Southwell is proficient in advising clients on all aspects of tree, woodland and landscape management including hazard evaluation, vegetation related damage to built structures, pests and diseases, trees and the law, tree biology and physiology. He has also obtained the required Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) & PTS (Personal Track Safety) Certificates to enable him to oversee the management of trees adjacent to high risk transport routes.

Margaret MacQueen first qualified in 1977 and has worked in Local Government as an Assistant C/O and then Conservation Officer for 14 years, dealing with all statutory tree applications, landscape planning issues, formulating policies for tree retention and management. Margaret is frequently instructed on CPR compliant reports for Expert Subsidence cases. Margaret is a Practicing Associate of the Academy of Experts.
